- Server metadata: server names, hosting type, provisioning status, PayRam login emails
- SSH public keys and fingerprints for dedicated servers
- Support and operational logs related to provisioning and billing
Processors and subprocessors
We use trusted providers to operate the service, including Stripe (payments), DigitalOcean (dedicated infrastructure), and your self-hosted or operator-managed PayRam instances.
Retention
When you request account deletion, your account is deactivated immediately. Personal data is anonymized after 60 days unless we must retain information for legal or billing obligations.
Your rights
You may export your account data from the dashboard profile page before deletion. Contact us to exercise access, correction, or erasure rights where applicable.
