- What’s a server?
- One PayRam instance — with its own API key, admin login, and webhooks. Most people use one per product or environment.
- Shared or dedicated?

Dedicated (from $59/mo) — your dedicated VM. Pick a size and location near you. PayRam Operator mode available. Includes weekly backups and SSH access. - Can I have more than one server?
- Yes. Each server is billed separately. Create as many as you need.
- How do I cancel a server?
- Delete it from your dashboard anytime. The server is removed right away and will not renew next month.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes — when the problem is on our side. If DriftPe did not work as we described (for example failed provisioning or extended downtime), email [email protected] and we will refund you. Deleting a server yourself is different: we do not refund the current month, but it will not renew next month.
